Naughty Cheesy bacon onion bread!

I made this the other day and posted a pic on face book I got a lot of comments asking how I made and what it was  it so here we go.
It's Naughty Cheesy bacon onion bread.

1 small  or sourdough round
12-16 ounces Pepper Jack cheese, thinly sliced
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 onion sliced and caramelized.
1 large garlic clove minced
6 slices of bacon crumbled.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut the bread lengthwise and width wise without cutting through the bottom crust. This can be a little tricky going the second way but the bread is very forgiving.

Place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Insert cheese slices between cuts. Combine butter, onion, and garlic and bacon. Drizzle over bread. Wrap in foil; place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Unwrap the bread and broil 10  until cheese is melted and bubbly.

There you have it easy peasy Naughty yummy goodness.
