I took this picture after a hard work out why might you ask am I posting it with a post about food?
I always get asked how do you stay then when you are always eating junk.
I work out some days better than others but I do it 5 times a day with out fail most of the time.
So to my favorite foods.
Salads with lots of yummy junk like grapes ,chicken, tomatoes almonds and blue cheese.
Chocolate dark flavored chocolate to be exact.
Sea lat and intense orange is my favorite.
I am not a big Oreo fan but lately I love them.
The mint ones are to die for..
So there you have it just a few of my favorite foods right now.
